At HelixEdge Solutions, we prioritize quality, reliability, and transparency—especially as a B2B-focused provider. While we do make certain products available to all customers, our policies are designed to support operational efficiency and fairness across commercial and individual transactions.

🚫 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the high cost of reverse logistics, we do not generally accept returned items.

Most of our items—including 3D printed parts, consumables, and specialty components—are either custom-made or non-resalable once shipped. Therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted unless explicitly authorized by our team.

  • In the rare case that a return is approved, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and restocking fees may apply.


💵 Refunds Policy

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to resolve any issue in a way that’s fair to both parties while maintaining cost efficiency.

We may offer:

  • Full or partial refunds if the product is defective or damaged in transit

  • Partial refunds without return when the product is still usable but did not fully meet expectations

  • No refund if the issue falls outside our reasonable quality or service commitments

Not eligible for refund:

  • Buyer remorse or preference-based complaints (e.g., “didn’t like the appearance”)

  • Issues related to improper installation or misuse

  • Aesthetic concerns on parts not visible during use (e.g., internal ductwork)


📦 Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Shipping costs, environmental impact, and the inability to reuse most returned products make reverse shipping impractical. Instead, we aim to:

  • Resolve issues through replacement or refund, without requiring the item back

  • Avoid unnecessary waste and emissions from return logistics
