These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.helixedgesolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by HelixEdge Solutions and MISTY’S SUDS ON WHEELS, LLC, collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” This Site serves primarily B2B customers in procurement, sourcing, and facility support services, while also offering select products to individual consumers.

By using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, documents, downloads, and visual elements, is the property of HelixEdge Solutions and MISTY’S SUDS ON WHEELS, LLC. This content may not be reproduced or reused without express written permission.


2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm other users or the functionality of the Site. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Harassment or abuse of other users

  • Intellectual property violations

  • Fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation

  • Uploading offensive or inappropriate content

  • Unauthorized access or hacking attempts

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke your access for any misuse, and to take legal action where appropriate.


3. User Contributions

Users may submit:

  • Photos or videos related to their purchases

By submitting content, you confirm that your contributions do not violate any laws or these Terms.


4. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Accept full responsibility for all actions under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.


5. Sale of Goods

All goods displayed on our Site are subject to availability and accurate representation. While we strive to maintain accurate product details, variations may occur — especially with 3D-printed products which may include cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order when necessary. If a cancellation occurs after payment, you will be refunded the appropriate amount based on our refund policy.


6. Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to maintain fair and transparent refund practices:

  • Returns are not generally accepted, especially for products that are consumable, custom, or non-reusable.

  • Refunds may be partial and offered without return of the product, depending on the situation.

  • Cosmetic preferences (e.g. “not liking how it looks”) do not qualify as a valid refund reason unless product functionality is impaired.

  • Subscription customers may be eligible for prorated refunds based on unused service or items not yet shipped.

7. Subscriptions (Helix+ Tiers)

By enrolling in a Helix+ subscription, you agree to:

  • Monthly or annual auto-renewal billing

  • Notify us if you wish to cancel or change tiers

  • Accept tier-specific service levels and maintenance expectations

If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, we will prorate your refund to account for services rendered and products in transit.


8. Equipment Use & Maintenance

For customers using rental or subscription-based equipment through Helix+:

  • You are responsible for routine care between scheduled maintenance

  • Misuse (e.g. improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, or overuse) may void support eligibility

  • Emergency service calls may incur additional fees

Non-subscription customers assume full responsibility for their equipment’s upkeep.


9. Payment Terms

We accept the following:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the provided method. If payment is disputed or appears fraudulent, we may suspend services or cancel the transaction.


10. Shipping and Delivery

Our products may ship via:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • LTL Freight (as needed)

Shipping fees are built into our pricing unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate addresses or unavailable recipients.


11. User Resale

Users are not permitted to resell products purchased from our Site without written authorization. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.


12. Guarantees & Warranties

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee where applicable. However:

  • Not all products are eligible for return or refund

  • Any applicable warranties will be listed on the product or included in a service contract

We do not guarantee aesthetic or fit preferences unless otherwise stated in writing.


13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses related to misuse or improper installation

  • Downtime, profit loss, or indirect damages

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g. supply chain disruptions, weather delays)


14. Indemnity

By using our Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelixEdge Solutions, MISTY’S SUDS ON WHEELS, LLC, and their associates from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.


16. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.


17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to comply with legal requirements or reflect changes in business operations. Updates will be posted on this page or emailed to registered users.
